UTG +2 limps, HJ and CO Limps. I have A

and make it $35. blinds fold/UTG +2 calls/HJ folds/CO calls.

($115) A

UTG +2 and CO check. I bet $65. UTG +2 calls and CO folds

($245) 3

UTG +2 checks and I check behind

($245) 2

UTG +2 leads out $80

Given your description villain is most likely making a suck bet thinking she has the best hand. Given that price I'm not folding 2 pair but I'm not raising either. Most of the hands you beat fold to a raise and villain has better two pair/sets and possibly a few straights in their range.

But why? It's not a great value-hand. It's a hand that plays great super multiway. There's a nit open limping from early position. Stack depths aren't clear, but we're only $500 effective with this villain.

Aside from that if there are capable players in the game they should be 3betting us all day if we're opening this wide on the button. How often are we going to 4bet this hand?
