V is apparently a limit player mostly. I would think he'd be inclined to chase all his straight and flush draws. The 9h brings in every flush draw, and every straight draw for QT and T8, whereas the Ah only completes QT.
If he's a more thinking player, he'd be more likely to only chase nut flush draws, OESD's, or combo draws, so the Ah on board reduces the flushes in his range more than the 9h.
The only thing I like better about the 9h is that it can't make V a better 2P, but V might call off with K9 or J9, whereas we're going to be sick if V snaps us off with AJ.
