Hey everyone,

5/5 $600 cap 7 handed.

Young Asian guy raises $15 UTG. TAGish. Everyone calls. I call (?) Blind #1 with K10hh. Blind #2 calls. This was a very tempting squeeze spot, but there were a few spots in the game and it's harder to squeeze an utg open profitably. Not sure.. lots of dead money out there of course.

7 ways.

Flop ($105) A Q 5. Checks to UTG who bets $50. Nitty old Asian man raises to $250 with $200~ back next to act. Folds to me. Hero?

Couldn't get a strong read on UTG's interest with the masks/plexiglass.

Effective stacks were roughly $500 to start the hand with most of the table.

Thanks!

Yeah, not a great spot with the action. Probably for this price you pay it down. Obviously if the A was a heart it would be completely different. In game I probably shove because I’m sticky, spewy and have lots of money but I think fold here is probably the right play with the information given. AhXh would be catastrophic to see.

I’d just call preflop. Tons of dead money but it’s like never getting through here. Plus lolive poker, someone can easily have AK or QQ and just flat because reasons.

Tough because if one of our opponents has the NFD, we are getting it in with poor equity. And just combo-wise, both of them can have that plenty.

Here’s a rough equity calc of the PFR (hand 1), the nitty flop raiser (hand 2) and KhTh

Fold because we aren't drawing to the nuts. If it was AhQh5x - get it in.

Cool, thanks for the feedback. That makes sense.

I did fold, for the same reasons. Seems meh, annoying to let such a nice draw go of course. Gamboooling is fun.

UTG also folded, so no showdown.

Seems like a routine fold vs nit, who could easily have a of hearts and not much inplied odds with only $200 more behind.
