V - Typical OMC player.

Hero - Have a tight image, it was 1 PM so the table started a few hours ago and everything went pretty slow.

QT

V from MP opens to $20 (standard open raise), Hero calls from BB.

Flop($45) A 9 8

Hero checks, V bets $30, hero calls.

Turn($105) 6

Hero checks, V bets $50, Hero calls.

River($205) 5

Hero - ???

Is this a perfect spot to bet $150 and force him to fold his AK AQ?

I fold flop, as played turn is fine, and I like river donk bluff (assuming we know he has a fold button); it's a scare card that squarely hits your range at river,

you would have to go at least 1.5x to get him to fold AK, depends how sticky he is. He might still call and say "I call, show me the flush."

Overbetting I think is not good. It discounts 7x straight hands from our range.

id xr turn, much better card for you than him, great equity, his sizing doesn't look particularly threatening

We would be representing a flush trying to get value from AK or AA.

What are the stack sizes? It's kinda a huge variable, even though I'm the only one who's always curious since it should be known before saying "c/r the flop" or "c/r the turn" bc it would be horrible if we c/r only to get jammed on for 350 more BB's (it's the little variables that make a big difference in hands. poker 101).
