Been playing at the game for like an hour and a half.

Villain 1: Middle aged guy, has about 1400 in front and has about 12 whites. He has been re raising saying whatever this is with all his red chips ($5). He started with about 120 in red chips and ran it up to 250. He has had some hands like AK, 10s and jacks, but he has probably 3 bet like 4 times in the last 2-3 orbits. Every time he raises his reds he says "whatever this is" Villain is UTG +1

Villain 2: Middle aged guy has about 2400 in front of him, raises most buttons, haven't seen him get too out of line. He has raises and folded to 3 bets and he has 3 bet. He's playing pretty solid. Villain 2 is in the cutoff.

Hero: I have about 1000 in front. I have 3-bet and shown some bluffs, one hand in particular I 3-bet KJ and snap folded to a 4 bet by the original raiser. I have been pretty active and the 3 bet the hand prior to the one that occurred. I have opened quite a bit. In this hand I'm the small blind.

I get dealt AQ
Villain 2 opens to 25, I flat in small blind (probably should have 3-bet), villain 1 raises to 250 (all his reds) and villain 2 asks how much is villain 1 playing and then calls.

It comes back to me, what do you do?

Snap Fold.
I guess Vilain 1 limp reraised since you say "Vilain 2 opens from the CO, i call from sb then Vilain 1 3bet to 250 and he was UTG+1"

OK he raised a lot in the last orbits but this time he limp 3bet so i guess he isn't FOS this time

I guess i would consider shipping with AK+ JJ+ (jacks and AK are really borderline), bc we can't do anything but ship or fold (we are oop) but yeah JJ i could possibly muck

Villain 1 limps then 3bets into OR and you who called? If that is the case you fold. IMO you have to ask yourself, if I flat in this situation what am I hoping for on the flop? If the flop has an A are you ready to commit the rest of your chips with this hand? They've shown a lot of strength 3 betting and calling and most of the time they'll be ahead.

Calling is never an option here. Obviously calling 225 more with AQ out of position would be absurd hoping to hit the flop.

Mainly it's shove or fold. In the hand I was thinking that the original raiser might have a pocket pair since he asked villain who 3 bet how much he has left. I was thinking if these guys have have jacks are lower then I can shove and possibly be flipping, but I wasn't sure if I should just muck it or not.

this is easy muck. flatting 25 is good, don't 3bet
sure it opens up the squeeze and he sure did take that line, but then when v1 calls 250...... your sirens should be flaring
