Villain is a tricky player who has been running really well the past few months. He's TAGish and does make plays, especially semi bluffs.
Full 9-player game
Effective stacks: 4300
folds to MP where Hero opens to 40 with QQ. Villain who is on hero's immediate left 3 bets to 120 and hero calls.
Flop Q34 with 2 spades, Hero has Q of spades.
Hero checks, Villain bets 140, Hero raises to 360, Villain calls
Turn: Ace of spades
Hero bets 480 and Villain raises to 1280, Hero???
Assuming hero calls, what does hero do on blank river? Check-call or blocker bet?

I like check/call, check/call UI on that particular turn card. It doesn't seem like there's much that you get value from that doesn't bet when checked to. Also he might bluff even if he doesn't have it.
As played, ugh, call turn and soul read river UI I guess.

I would have ch/c flop a lot of the time. you really don't have any cards to worry about. and you want this guy to barrel off with his air or catch up.
definitely need to ch/c turn, and river.
as played, I'm definitely calling turn, but I have no idea what I'd do on blank rivers. I would need more info on villain other than taggish, but tricky. Does he ever make huge bluffs playing almost 430 bbs deep.

This a hard call only if you believe he can 3bet KJs or worse pf. TAGs usually don't 3bet like this. Even if he has it, it is a call getting over 3:1. If the the board pairs, he's not folding for a bet a 500.

I'm way more worried by AA than a flush.

I'm thinking your hand has a lot of value.
What did he 3 bet with AA, KK, and AK (with Ks). You are ahead 2/3rds of time against a normal TAG.
So I would bet/call turn. and c/c river.
I don't think he has a flush unless history has revealed he 3 bets with hands like J10 suited.

Turn card is one he's more likely to bluff than actually hit + a lot of his monsters might just flat hoping we fire river, so obviously call turn then check/snap blank rivers.
