Yes, I checked with the intention of check-raising. I made it 300, villain makes it 500, so we get it all in on the flop. He had 8
6
and hit the club on the turn.
Then he tells me 86 is his favorite hand. lol
This was the start of a 1000 losing session. Last month I have been losing all of these when I'm 3:1 or 4:1 on the flop.
Since it's spread limit though he was getting the right price to call my check raise. Any insights on that? Should I have flat called and let a card come off before getting the money in. If I see the turn club it's a pretty easy check fold.
