a) do u ever just 3! The turn all in?
b) call or fold? We have the Kc blocker but I don’t think he raises turn with KcXc all that often so I don’t think it’s a great blocker card.

1) where do you find a 5/10 game like this with a table full of bad players

2) be more descriptive with btn being a bad reg

Can BTN be flatting with TT pre? His line is pretty typical with a flopped set but he may only have 3 combos of that. Two pair is much less likely to flat on the flop. Even though there are a lack of set and 2p combos a "bad reg" from where Im from isn't raising a turned FD + pair into a semi bluff. River is very value sized so I'd certainly fold river.

I think I lean towards folding river as played. Kc doesn't have really relevant blocking properties imo. It is tough for him to find a lot of bluffs, maybe AcQx, AcJx. If anything KxQc seems like a better blocker hand to call with. But maybe not if he always 3bets AQo.

You might be folding more than MDF if you fold this combo pure, but unless you think he had some really creative bluffs, I think the exploitable fold is fine. I think he would need to start having hands like AxQc and AxJc and not just the nutflush blocker for you to not just be making a negative EV call here.

Pre I probably go $50 as an iso.

Flop I think you can go a little smaller or even check. This line kind of just says, hey, I am playing vs 3 people and if one of you has a set, you probably stack me.

Turn is a huge blank. I would size up here with the backdoor flush coming in and now that it is heads up. 2/3 pot, 75%, or even overbet all kind of make sense. I guess it does make a little sense that button would consider trapping a set on the flop though given that he isn't closing the action and may want to bring along BB/UTG or give them a chance to check/raise. Facing raise, it is an easy call. Could be TcXc, QcJc, maybe AQo or AJo with one club.

Slightly bigger pre, bigger on this flop texture especially 4 ways. Your turn sizing is terrible, other than you induced him to raise the turn if that was your intent. Call the turn call the river - not remotely close. His hand makes absolutely no sense even if he had a NFD OTT.

Well, I as played you lost the minimum by small betting the turn as opposed to big betting. I would focus more on pot controlling more when it is multiway and less when it is heads up though. You have a good hand to check call flop, check call turn, check evaluate river. Or if it checks through you can bet the turn.
