5-10 NL 10 players on the table

stacks were something like
Hero-1700
sb - 1000
BB - 1100

Hero - KhTh

hero raises to 40 from CO
SB calls - SB is a new player so not much reads other than the fact that he is a regular.
BB calls - BB is a tag regular. never played a pot against him yet but he is with a group of people who is capable of making big plays and calling people down light. He has seen my 2 barrel bluff with AQs. This is the first time I got c/r by him and probably the first pot I played vs him so not much reads. His group of friends are that play are also capable of making huge plays with Air.

pot: 120

Flop:
Ah5h3x - Sb checks BB checks Hero bets 100 Sb calls BB raises 350.

I put SB on Axs type hands most of the time in this spot and was c/c because his kicker isn't so great. The tag most likely thinks I am a tag as well so I would probably cbet a lot.

If you were the tag would you c/r bluff this spot?
If you were hero what would you do?
Knowing that both their ranges are pretty narrow would you still cbet here?

I ended up calling because I heard the dealer say 250 so I thought he c/r to a total of 250, so I said call and ended up having to call the 350. My plan here was to call because at the time I thought i was getting 3.8-1 and I know I can atleast get 1 more street of value or stack him if I hit. This is off topic though.

As played if I had known the c/r was to 350 I would have folded because I don't know his c/r range is yet and I don't think he would c/r too lightly with FD on the board but he is very capable of it.

Pot is $670 and it cost $250 to call. You even if you put the SB on Ax and the BB on a set, you have 26% equity and need 27% equity to call. I'd call. There's no chance neither are going to pay off a suck bet if you hit.

I think this is a reasonable place to cbet. You really aren't going to see a c/r that often in this circumstance.

I like your flat call of the check raise on the flop being that there is a next to 0% threat of the sb shoving and the fact that you will play the next streets w/pos which will more than compensate for incorrect expressed odds your getting at the moment(2.68:1).
