I have a loose, aggressive image. I'm 1,000 deep. A tight, solid player who has a very high continuation bet frequency opens from EP for 35. He has me covered. A fish calls on the BTN. He also has me covered. I elect to call from the SB with AQs. A nit in the BB also calls. He has 420 left.

Flop KsTsTc. I consider betting momentarily, but I decide to check. Everyone else checks.

Turn 8c. I bet 100. The BB raises to 200. Should I call and shove any spade, club, or J, or should I just fold?

pre is fine i'd prob play it the same vs described ppl. flop betting is prob better than checking in general but checking is fine too (might even be better to check flop vs these guys).

i like checking turn dont really see you picking up the pot enough on this board w/ a turn bet so i like checking turn and prob c/raising anyone who bets this turn.

bb's hand looks real strong here since he's minraising w/ a bunch of other ppl behind i dont really mind a fold here. but i think the biggest mistake in the hand was betting turn.

I think I prefer folding as well. If he was deeper and we were to call, should we check-fold all spades and clubs on the river, or should we bet only small, non-broadway spades and clubs?

i think if your deeper and you call his turn raise you can lead all spades and Jacks and obv fold to any raise since hes a nit. i wouldnt want to try to represent a backdoor club flush unless i had it against this guy so i dont think betting river if clubs get there is good.

also obv cards that improve your hand like an osA or Q on the river are pretty easy c/folds against him.

I would have x/r turn most of the time. You either take a free card, fold to a 3b, or go to the river and play perfect

I think pre is fine, I would 3b sometimes tho, Depending how often EP folds so I get it HU with the fish.

I like the flop check, I like the turn bet as well, as played I'd fold.

I think not 3betting pre is a significant mistake.

Pre I'm fine with either but lean toward a 3bet. I like the turn bet.

Any more info on BB? Obviously he could have a boat but how often do you think he doing this with Tx? Draws? Would he ever call pre with KTo? T8o? KK?

You could 3-bet pre-flop and that would be more than fine. I just decided to call this time. I don't know the nit in the big blind very well, but I imagine he wouldn't have a problem closing the action at a discount with KTo (this is a cash game), and his minimum strength hand on the turn is trips. Full houses also probably show up modestly more often than a regular count; nits typically would just shove on the turn with trips in fear of the plethora of draws.

If he never has Kx and he is very rarely semi-bluffing here then we're in bad shape (maybe < 15% equity?). Also there may be RIO. I'm okay with a fold.

not betting pre given stacks is a big mistake.

if you check flop why are you betting on this turn?
