what do you think i should do
A $30 re-raise is a very strong raise in a .50/1.00 game (unless this is a very loose aggressive game). That being the case you basically announced that you were willing to shove when you re-raised to $80. At this point there's so much money in the pot I would probably cross my fingers and ship.
It's very important to know what type of player Villain is. If he is a tight player then you are more than likely dominated and up against AA or KK. If he is a loose aggressive then you have more hand ranges that you could be up against.
My advice in the future would be to rarely 3 bet JJ, especially against a very strong re-raise in front of you. JJ really is not a strong hand when you are facing that type of action. Best bet would be to call and see a flop. You have position and position is a powerful thing and this is the type of hand that you want to use it.
