Reads:
V1 has been limping, calling almost every hand seems like it, very passive pre and mostly checks post, unless he has the nuts.
V2 also passive pre. Seems to be raising with premium hands only. Has squeezed a couple of times.
V3 Very active pre. Raises with ATC and likes to c-bet. Floats with nothing. Pre UTG said " I am folding before it gets raised" So he raised pre just to get a laugh out of people.

Concur with fold pre.
As played, call turn and hope their passive tendencies continue. This is not a hand you want to bloat the pot with a semi-bluff with, esp with shortie already AI.
If river flushes, play for stacks. If K hits, try to check down. No value in betting that. If neither hits c/f.
