For reference - the guy was flipping them up with his thumb and not covering them with his left hand at all, I'm pretty sure the guy to my left saw them too. And after I said something some time later other people said they had told him before too..so it's not like OMC is some victim here.

As others have said, it isn't just the OMC who is losing out (and that's on him, so no biggee, imo); it is others at the table who aren't privy to the same information you have. But, again, I think it is up to those other players to protect their own hand by getting the dealer/floor to enforce the OMC from giving this information away to a select few.

Honestly if you feel tilted from being stuck 33 BB you should probably be playing lower stakes. I’m sure the $100 isn’t significant enough to your life that you’re actually at risk of going busto, but you’re probably not able to make the most profitable poker decisions if losing 33 BB is significant enough to tilt you. (e.g., are you prepared to call off your other $200 when you’re getting the right pot odds but are going to lose 75% of the time)?

Sorry I should elaborate. I wasnt tilted because of being down 100$. I was tilted because of several hands that went badly + card dead:

1. tried to bluff a station on a 98577cdsch board thinking he couldnt call with a weak pair.

2. my KK got nutted by 99 AI preflop flop comes 966.

3. I finally catch a hand, AA, open standard, everyone folds.

4. I lose this 45s hand getting good odds.

...just get frustrated sometimes especially when someone else is running hot. I finally punted with K9hh on a Q-9-6xxh into QQ.

Being envious of someone elses success is one of those human nature things that have to be blocked out while playing the game. I won almost $800 last night but someone else won close to $1600, should I be upset because I "lost" to him by not winning more?

All 4 of those points happen regularly in poker. Some nights every move goes wrong and you think the planet is out to get you and it is up to the individual to play his best even in the worst spots or just call it a day. Ive heard of countless stories from the top pros talking about when x player is ahead he is one of the best in the world but if you get him stuck he goes from a 10/10 to a 2/10. You are describing normal rng in one session and only 1 of those 4 things is even a bad beat.

When I tell someone I can see their hand, I often semi-jokingly add that I'm telling them only once and that I'm gonna actively try to see their hand from now on. Obviously I'm not actually doing that, but it does seem to work as a wake-up call for them to better protect their hand. After that they're on their own basically.

Do you have any advice like what you do? I'm thinking I should just get up from the table and walk and talk to myself a bit to 'refresh' my mindset. I notice I play my best when I first sit down and I'm trying meditation a bit but not too much success.

OMCs don't even limp AJo in EP, so not quite sure how you peg him as the OMC of OMCs.
