0.50/1.00 home game. Everybody at least a beer deep. friendly kinda splashy game and villain is host But that’s besides the point. FYI he’s the same villain from the I haz aces thread weeks ago. Today he’s hosting a friendly home game 7 handed. He’s like 3-4 beers in which makes him a bit splashier (pre mostly…rarely gets out of line post but I have seen him make a cr river bluff on me once within past week when I min bet river in medium/large pot when we played heads up at higher stakes) but he’s been running wild hot tonight. He’s In for 300 and up to around 800-900 very quickly and I cover. He probably 3 bet a little more frequently than the rest of table but he’s not very wild with it. He’s been loose passive more so tonight doing more limp calling that usual.

I open to 3 pf red 44 LoJack. He calls from the SB and BB calls too.

Pot: $12
Flop As Ts 4c

They check I bet 8.50 he calls and BB folds

Pot: $29
Turn 8s

He checks I bet small like 10 and he raises to 45 quick.

I spite call quick.

Pot: $124
River blank. 2c I think and he quickly leads 60.

I tank and tank. Someone threatens to call clock I let him sweat my set and say I have a real decision so he doesn’t call clock lol.

How much did you open to? Pot sizes matter here.

Seems like a crying call if he could have any 2p, and maybe some AxKs.

He's going to show up with a flush more times than not, but from what I'm inferring from pot sizes (please post), it's a crying call given the odds.

Too soon for results. Let it go at least 24 hours, or later if discussion still ongoing. I deleted.

Yeah, for an open to $3 in a game likt this, AT is prolly in his range, maybe A4s. T8s might have been in his range pre, but I doubt he calls flop with it. Could he have flatted flop with TT, or is he the sort to raise then to build the pot with the FD and ace out?

There are a bunch of flushes in his range too, of course. I won't comment further, having seen results.

See the I haz a boat hand where he flatted 77 to my open HU. I can see him flatting TT there versus my right open. I would do it myself and for good reason. Would he play TT like that post flop? It’s possible. See above results for semi read

It’s been 24. I didn’t even post full results. Plus I used double spoiler so it’s up to the reader to decide if they wanna click. I don’t get it. Plus seems nobody wanna discuss this so can I semi spoil it again now??

Go for it. 24 hours or once discussion dies down is our guideline.

Wouldn't bet turn without 4s, or reads V is an idiot, maybe not even with 4s without reads.

River is w/e ... if you think he has enough worse I guess call. Def. seen people overvalue worse enough at random special home games I'd lean call, but would mostly lean fold without reads at a real game. On the upside you only need 25% to break even.
