Stack 200. Dealt 44 in lp.

Utg and Ep limp for 2 Mp raises to 15, Mp+1 calls
action is on hero?

Calling 15 to set mine, but not closing
the action.

Depends on the game dynamics. If everyone usually limps/ calls and you believe no one will raise it up, it's an easy call to set mine.

Really depends on three things:

What are the stack sizes of the other players in the hand, especially MP that raised to $15? I am probably not calling where the rest of the players have $60-$100 stacks. Also, if UTG and EP are shorties, then it makes a shove more likely from them, which weighs against calling.

How much three betting has been going on? If there has been a lot, then I'm inclined to fold. There is no way to profitably call a re-raise with our stack size.

Generally, what has the table been like? Has it been an action table or pretty tight? If it has been an action table, that is good because we need to get paid.

In sum, how confident are you that you will really get paid off if you hit your set?

It is only marginally profitable to call with 44 here even at the worst of tables (ie all calling stations). I hope you got stacked set over set. Good luck.

The table has been limp calling a lot and not
much 3betting. There is no short stacks
at the table if I remember.
It is often raised to 15 like this MW action and
I have a hand like JTs and I am not sure if I should
call with these hands.

For me, this goes back to the basic. Stacks size, type of villain and the 5/10 rule for all marginal hands. Marginal for me equals anything that is not a premium hand. You need to know why specific hands are profitable in specific situtions ie. What makes AKs good in multiway and heads up; What makes Jts good multiway; When is it good to play small pocket pairs and etc.

15 is lot to see flop with these hands as I often need to hit
to win. 3-4 times calling eats at my stack. I dont have much FE
and I cant see how 3betting would work if I dont make it 40+.

If your not rebuying to the max constantly dont worry about %s and FE just yet.

tip is max buy in is $300 buyin for $400 take 4 $25 chips off the table and put them in ur pocket and everytime you get below $275 bring 1 up.

Which is exactly why you shouldn't be callling large bets everytime you have a pocket pair. You will have a pocket pair in your hand 1 out of every 16 hands...which is more than once every two orbits. With a hand like 44, you are counting on hitting one of two outs and then hoping that your opponent also has a big hand (albeit not as big as yours) in order to win.
