400NL: Thin value vs loose passive? 400NL: Thin value vs loose passive?

UTG+2 is 36/6/1.5 and seems to play fairly straightforward and passive post flop. I am 17/14 over 150 hands and have been iso-raising this guy a lot. CO and BTN both seem solid tags so i expect they are aware of the above also.

I decide to c/c the flop. i really don't want to be raised when their ranges consist of draws as well as sets and TPTK. Do you think a bet on the flop is better, and if so how do we react to a raise?

On the turn it looks like we have the best hand, so i decide to bet for value.

When the river bricks, i figure there are lots of worse queens in his range that will call a bet. Do you bet the river and if so, how much?

fyi this is not thin value against a guy like this. I would definitely bet the flop, but that is just me.

90ish looks good.

Easy vbet. Bet/fold at least $100 imo. I'd bet the flop and try to get all-in against the 36/6 guy if he just keeps calling and the board stays good.

You are missing lots of value against donks. Wouldn't be surprised if its your biggest leak, just based on what i'm seeing in this hand.

i like this bet size the most. if passive player has a queen, he'd call pot bet as often as half pot et. if he has pocket pair, i still don't think bet sizing makes a big difference in how often he calls. therefore, go for max value
