Unknown opponent, the table has just been forming, 4 handed here.
He has been pretty active so far shorthanded and is up as you can see.
I searched him and he is 1 tabling while playing a donkament.

I like this post because I constantly find myself in situations like this, or similar ones vs unknowns. Personally I am almsot always folding here unless because I am a nit. i feel like folding is better than raising, which in turn is better than jsut flatting. but i am a nit.
