Some math: I'm getting 1.45 to 1 odds on a call, so I need 40% equity. My equity vs AK, QQ+ is exactly 40%. Yikes! Totally neutral EV play here?

My standard 3 bet size, I hate betting smaller and allowing odds to draw to set. A similar 3 bet size, that's always +10% of stack, keeps things simple.

3bet is huge for me too. You're narrowing you range to premium hands if you don't raise such a big amount with other hands (if you do you're investing a lot of money on weak hands), and you're forcing your opponent to play perfectly giving him an easy fold with worse holdings. I'd rather raise less (28$-32$) and raise with non-premium too. If he tries to setmine every pair against you he's burning money when you raise a non-premium hand.

I fold. It will be an easier fold not 3betting so hard.

Good regs rarely setmine in 3betted pots. They 4bet or fold. If you think they setmine in 3betted pots because you give too good odds, then you have too tight 3betting range.

False. If they set mine a lot and c/f each time they miss, just 3 bets them with any 2, CBet the flop and look your poker grapher

Nope, it's 43%, meaning he 4 Bets 43% of his 7% open range (3% total range).

wat? his 4bet range is bigger than his 3 bet range? then I guess you have to call, altho the sample size probably isn't very large. I don't have a strong view on the oversized 3bet (I don't use it), but if I did, I don't know if I would make a large 3bet from MP with 5 players behind me.
