You think he's bluffing, but you raised? Why? His range seems to be overpairs, sets, and air. You are beating air, and have outs against the set and overpairs (especially on the turn with your OESD). I would call turn unless I thought the guy was a nit who didn't bluff, in which case I would have folded flop.
