Sounds like a bad game for a tight player. 4-handed vs two sharks and one aggrofish is not a time to play tight if you are going to play at all.
What do you think CO's range is to open here? KQo is probably a 3-bet on the button pre in an aggressive 4-handed game.

For the hand itself, I raise here. In general, this doesn't seem like a game you want to be playing in though.

If you don't iso the fish yourself the SB/BB are going to do it too much for calling to be profitable. I'd raise this to $35 assuming CO has a reasonable opening range.

I’d raise on the smaller side. You will likely be in position against the donking fish with a good hand. This is good lol
