I'm really confused here as to how this is between calling and folding rather than calling and raising. Every read you have on this guy says you're most likely good.

"Super spew, bluff happy, tries to run over the table." Well, one of the biggest scare cards came in for him to rep by turning a Tx type hand into a bluff.

"Almost always re-raises his draws on the flop." He didn't raise the flop and he is now repping draws that came in.

"Hollywoods with big hands. Acts quickly with bluffs." He snap acted on the river.

I actually expect some goofy slow-play or rivered JT more often than a draw. I am probably shoving for thin value.

Never folding.

Question whether to raise or call. I'm raising because if he had a draw, he'd be raising flop right? So this is likely a TP hand or 2p+ with the unlikeliness of a flush.

If we raise are we getting called by anything worse? I don't think so. Snap call

Raising is awful just call and next hand

Which should means, likely 2p hands, sets, and moronic played overpairs.

Occasional flushes. Villain is a moron who would likely stack off on river with all of those hands.

Raise and move on to the next hand.

call. We're expecting him to bluff out on a good river card that completes draws. He's only calling a raise on everything that beats us.

Nothing in V description leads me to believe he would call a river raise with worse. Even a drunk spewtard won't call a river shove with two pair on this board.
