Villain is calling preflop raises around 50% of the time. He likes to see flops. I expect him to continue with any draw and pair on the flop and gutshots as well. He folds a lot to 2 barrels unless he has top pair+ or some multi draw like pair + gutshot.

He is aggressive and bets any draw when checked to but I have not seen him CR flops at all, he also likes to slowplay when he flops huge.

Hero has a good image and stacked villain earlier with top set for a huge pot.

Stacks are $260, effective.

A few limpers including villain in MP, I raise to $20 OTB with AQ. MP calls.

Flop is K92d (Pot $50)
MP checks, Hero bets $35, MP calls.

Turn is Q (Pot $120)
MP checks ($205 left) Hero?

check turn and call almost all rivers if V bets, if V checks i would likely bet small around 40ish

I'd raise to $25+ in order to setup a brain dead SPR where we can stack off postflop with TP with these effective stacks (plus it is simply more likely to narrow the field after a few limpers).

I'd cbet smaller to make this more easily profitable, probably no more than $30.

Against an aggro player, I'd probably just check behind on the turn and bluffcatch (or value bet if checked to) the river.
