Notes for next year's pool:
- Figure out new Venmo account rules or change Venmo to incoming only
- On average we lose 8% of participants YoY
- Decrease squares from $750 to $500 (had to buy $9k in squares to sell us out)
All: Feedback on the payout structure change from 1|1|2|3|6|12 to 0.5|1|3|5|7|10?
if it's too much of a pain to change the win structure, could pool together the ghost squares and split between the entries who had a winning square at any point

I could dig the idea of a rollover to next round(s). Just depends on how much time @Admo has to commit to the game.
Thanks again for running @Admo - this is one of the greatest, and personal favorite sweats of our group. Could commit to around 10 squares at the $500 level. Hate that you had to take on so much of the board...or you could've hit for a ton and it was worth it lmao
Let me know when you're ready to fire up again - already have a couple folks asking about it.
