Any love for having the top 6 finishers of League 2 move into League 1 the following year while the bottom 6 of League 1 are sent to the slums of League 2? (would require not having people in both leagues however)

but then you effectively turn league 1 into the main game and league 2 into the must move game. how often is the main game better to play in than the must move game?
