It's weird. All 4 good fantasy football leagues I'm in are on ESPN, but every forum I moderate runs their FF on crappy azz Yahoo. I need to moderate the internet better.

Draft will be determined by RNG. Tournament sounds cool, but it seems like too much of a logistical nightmare.

Draft Pick Trades are allowed. Once the system is setup I think you can do it through Yahoo. If someone drops out the person replacing them will get their spot in the draft.
