2/5 live, $900 eff 5 handed

Hero straddle $10 on btn (we are all straddling btn)

AcJh

Everybody limps, hero raise to $70, sb calls

Sb is a very very loose player. Players 5/5 plo almost daily but the game isn't running today. Calling pre raises with hands like 84s. I haven't been here very long and he doesn't know how I play but I know how he plays.

Flop ($170) 2h4hJc

Sb checks, hero bets $120, sb calls

Turn ($410) Ah completing the flush

Sb leads for $300, hero?

He's 100% capable of bluffing. These stakes don't mean much to him. But he's also capable of playing weird flushes like that 84s I saw him play. If I call I'm left with less than a half pot sized bet so he's likely going to just put me all in on any river. So I'm assuming ship or fold.

Well you can't fold so I guess ship. Jh makes it not close IMO.

Yeah don't think I'm ever folding, but not sure if a call is an option or not.

I think I'd rather shove to deny equity to higher Kh/Qh and GII now with hands that have more percieved equity than they actually do, like any 1 pair+heart, which might x/f river unimproved (or on a heart if they don't have one).

Can't believe you can get away with betting $120/$170 on J42 in any game - wild to me. I guess that's some massive exploit but reading through these again I can start to understand why all the 2/5 players are busto.

I really lean just call and play the riv calling probably always and capturing more of his bluffy/worse for value stuff that way. Not into equity denial in this spot really he's not folding and neither are we.

They have a whopping 16% equity, I'm not really sure we need to 'protect' much here

It's just insane. Everyone needs to stop monkeying with these monstrous sizings on flops.

Ship it? To get called by a worse hand? Horrible idea. He has either a bluff, an overplayed 2 pair or a better hand. Idk. How do you want to play? If you want to be unexploitable I suppose you call call. Can't be too bad to call especially given you have a heart. Doubly given that the turn is the Ah removing most of your flushes. This puts you at pretty much the top of your range. Just call. Sometimes you lose. Whatever. It doesnt matter. Nothings real
