$2/5 full table
UTG+2 Hero (covers)
BTN Villain (~$400)

Hero: I'm at a newly created table for about 30 minutes. I've raised preflop five or six times and taken it down with a cbet. I've already 3! once. I've had some decent cards and good flops. Even though I've played typical tight poker until I get a better read on the table, I might be seen as a bit of a LAG since I've been one of the more active players.

Villain: I hate it when people simply label a villain a 'bad LAG', but this guy is a bad LAG. He's played about 80% of hands, about half limp/call, half small raises. He bets with all his draws and top pairs. He chases any draw when someone bets into him. He's already shoved a few rivers, all of which I believe he hit his draw. He was called once and held a small flush to win (I believe 95s). His bet sizing is terrible on the flop and turn. He usually bets about 1/5-1/2 the pot, rarely more than $60 despite the size of the pot.

Table: Lots of limp/callers and small raises preflop. Most people are passively chasing draws and calling down with a pair. No one other than me has made large bets/raises pre or post flop. The notable exception is when villain has shoved.

Hero QQ
H raises to $25, 2 callers, Villain calls. Four players to the flop.

Flop ($100) KT8
H checks, 2 checks, V bets $40
(Terrible flop oop 4-way. I think the flop hits villains' preflop calling ranges pretty hard. The villains will call one or two streets with almost any draw, top pair, or second pair. I think a cbet works a very small % of the time. After villain bets, I see both remaining villains ready to fold. I decide to call since villain is most likely betting a draw.

Turn ($180) Q
H checks, V bets $75, H calls
I strongly considered a CRAI. Villain has about $250 behind. I think villain folds top pair because the flush/straight is obvious. He can probably fold two pair but might call with some. I think he calls with sets, straights, and flushes. I think he might call with a single A-high or J-high flush draw and fold the rest of his draws. I don't really know how he'll react to a c/r since I don't recall his bets getting raised. I don't think I get any better hands to fold. If he does have a made straight, flush, or set, I think he pays me off if I hit a boat/quads on the river. The IO is there so I decide the call.

River ($330) J
Hero?

Should check for a showdown, make a blocking bet, or shove as a bluff? I don't think villain bets with anything other than a flush and I can appropriately c/f. I think he can fold a straight or set if I shove. I think he'd call a shove with any heart. I have to admit when I made my turn decision to call that I didn't think about what I'd do if the 4th heart came. I planned to shove if the board paired and check if it didn't.

Comments on my thought process and all streets appreciated.

Worst card in the deck. You said he bets draws, and everyone of them got there. I don't think he's folding much. I would have raised the turn, but as played, I think I check/fold the river unless it's a small bet again.

Yeah, turn CRAI against described V, but you knew that.

Turn CRAI. Results oriented: might be lucky that you did not CRAI. Had he called, you're probably toast with this river card.

River as played X/F. Sigh. Move on.
