2/5 NL Live game, game is very loose and splashy. Reads on players of interest

Vil 1 - older man in 70s, has typical OMC traits with the added plus that he grossly overvalues TPTK and is willing to put in lots of money with it postflop

Vil 2 - very familiar reg who is extremely loose and splashy pre, splashes around postflop as well, but is decent hand reader and doesn't usually put big money postflop badly.

hero - 5 day a week reg in 60s, well known to vil2 as solid TAG but far from a nit.
stacks are vil1 550, hero 1000, vil2 covers both

on to the hand, Vil 1 limps UTG, 3 more limps(inc vil 2), hero overlimps with Tc7c, sb completes, bb checks

blinds check,vil1 bets 15, 4 callers(inc vil2 and hero)

Turn 8h ($110)

vil1 bet 30, vil2 raises to 100, while hero is tanking, vil1 cuts out calling chips(he is not a tricky or angly player at all). Question 1 is what action should hero take.

now assume that Hero called turn and vil1 did the same, on to the river

Fold everywhere

This isn't a good hand for drawing to a straight in a pot with so many people. You will almost never have the nuts, someone could easily have limped with QTs, and you can be put to very difficult decisions for lots of chips with the non nut straight.
Fold, Fold, Fold...and Fold!

Don't draw to non-nut gutshots, particularly not when it hits a nut open ender.

Turn is sort of close, river very easy fold.
