Hero very active and aggressive image. Getting lots of playable hands and got caught bluffing once. Also doubled up the spot at the table when he sucked out on me and it looked like I got it in bad. 1k
V1 bad recreational. 800
V2 loose recreational, sometimes aggressive postflop and mostly passive pre. 1,5k

V1 straddles, v2 limps, 1 more limp, we decide to overlimp T9 because people dont like folding, btn limps, v1 makes it 50, v2 calls, 1 fold, hero calls, co and btn fold.
Flop (170) KKJ
checks around
Turn KKJQ
v1 checks, v2 bets 100, hero calls, v1 calls
River (470) KKJQ3
v1 checks, v2 checks, hero bets 300

I don't mind the limp if the table is typically passive. Should fold when it's raise to $50. There just isn't enough money in play to get the kind of implied odds for playing medium suited connectors. Something around $2K would make it a call.

Flop and turn are fine. River bet is a bit big, your mostly looking for a crying call from KX that isn't a boat or another straight. If they have a flush it's probably better then yours. If villains really liked their hands they mostly would have bet because the action has been very passive.

I don't like overlimping pre. I know you say they don't like folding, but what are you normally raising to? In this spot in my games I'm going $75. That should just take down the pot pre often (which is a huge win), and it's not the end of the world if we go post flop IP. These players are rarely limping to limp-3bet, and we are attacking weak ass ranges that are often dead money. Also by limping we'll often not have absolute position in the hand.

Facing the $50 raise I honestly would just fold here as I expect BTN to call often and I don't want to put $50 in with this hand when we often will be playing OOP. Granted, this isn't a spot that comes up for me as I'm never limping to begin with, so I could be way off about folding.

I'm just gonna bet the flop for $60. LLSNL players love to slow play, but I find it less likely in this spot with a FD on the board. Regardless, we aren't in the worst shape versus Kx anyways. I expect to take the pot down often in this spot, but when called, we often have 12 outs (sometimes as many as 18), and we also keep their ranges wide enough that we should still have good FE versus A highs and underpairs when we whiff the turn.

As played on the turn I would raise $300. I expect to get called by Qx and any Kx he slow played otf. I suppose on rare occasion he'll have a full house, but there are also more combos of non full houses that I expect him to call this raise with.

I would've played the hand vastly different as we get to this river, but as played I think your bet size is fine. I would fold to a x-r though (which I expect to almost never happen), as that's almost always a full house/quads.

What are we targeting for value with a river bet on a paired board?

+1 to Sixsevonoff's comment, especially the stuff on preflop. I'd also raise turn. Probably best to try to get value from a K now than later. If we hit our flush, it's just another scare-card for what we want to get value from. When that happens on the river, I'd prefer sizing down. We're looking for a crying call here from Kx. Maybe $175 works better than $300.

Pre - I'd raise or fold pre from MP2/HJ. Calling puts us in a multi-way with players behind, more difficult to extract value, play high equity boards aggressively.

Flop - ok.

Turn - raise for value.

Sorry forgot to post results.
Villain in the straddle called and won with Q2cc.
Afterwards I would also like a raise ott.
