2/5 NL Silly Bluff Spot? 2/5 NL Silly Bluff Spot?

Hello everyone.
Was interested in some feedback on a hand I played yesterday.
In retrospect I feel like a donk, but only because I failed.

Game: 2/5
Players:

UTG = Villian #1 (tight aggressive @ 100 BB) (holds Qs,10s)
UTG + 1 = Hero (loose aggressive, plays a lot of pots. Raises and re-raises on all streets @ 350 BB)
CU = Villian #2 (tight and somewhat weak, and scared @ 70 BB)

Note: Hero played a pot with Villian #1 where Hero bet pot size river (as a bluff) on a board with 3 flush cards. Villian called with top pair. Was holding KQo. Villian #1 won the pot

Preflop- UTG limps, Hero raises 20, CU calls 20, UTG calls

Flop- Js, 2s, 4d
UTG BETS $40, Hero calls, CU CALLS

Turn- 5c
UTG CHECK, Hero bet $75, both players call.

River- Ac
UTG check, Hero bets $375, CU folds
UTG calls

UTG Villian shows As, 5s

(CU held JQ)

Any constructive criticism or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I assume hero actually has the QsTs hand.

Preflop is very loose raising from UTG+1, too loose unless you are running over the table. Flop call is obvious. Your draw isn't good enough to raise with but your hand is too good to give up yet.

Turn bluff is fine but the sizing is small. The pot is around $180 so $75 is well under half the pot. The bet flop/check turn is often a weak made hand that can be bet off but you need to push harder to do it. When both villains call you should be a little concerned. Given your laggy image you can't put one of them on a flush draw but what would justify both sticking around should be a concern.

River is a bad card given the situation. It didn't help you and with two opponents there is a reasonable chance it helps somebody. If your live read is that villains are both weak I don't hate the bluff. The size is too large for the situation. At that point the pot is around $400. With the ace on the board $200 should be enough to get anybody to fold if they are going to fold.

I do like turn bet. I’m not trying to get anyone to fold.
At this point I’m running over the table, and I’m setting up to steal on the river if I don’t hit (Little did I know that player to my right had my flush draw dominated lol). This is why I bet so much on river. Unfortunately, hands like AJ, A5.. got there. So your comment about bet being too large is somewhat correct, however given that I was running over the table- it would have been possible for me to hold the one card straight. Which was what I was representing. I was playing very loose and aggressive.

The twist in this hand was that me and V had a history previously where he called down my bluff with top pair. And that’s why it was a mistake to bet so much on the river!
