Hand 1.

Villian limps a ton, never puts in raises on big streets unless he has TPTK or better and also raises on safe turns. Calls PF raises a lot IP or OPP and folds to most cbets. V stack $200 and hero has him covered. Hero is playing very tight but V is not paying attention to images.

V limps in MP, HJ calls, hero makes it $25 from the BB with JJ. Only V calls.

K3Kdd

Hero bets out $30. V calls.

Q rainbow

Hero bets out $65. V calls.

5 blank

Hero bets out $110 essentially putting V all in. Turn was a bad card as he could have QJs,QTs in his hand but it felt like he would have raised the flop with the flush draw. I was betting to get called by worse PP or even AJ, AT high or is this just a bad read and I am turning my hand into a bluff?

Hand 2.

V1 is an older white guy who bets out when checked to with very wide range of hands. He could have a draw, missed draw, A high, T high, or nuts. No one really looks him up. He also limps a ton and folds a lot to PF raises or calls OOP and folds to a lot of CBETS.

V2 is an Asian guy who plays straight forward but afraid to GII with just one pair when facing a large bet but he is a winning ABC player. Definitely knows better spots to GII.

V1 raises $20 EP, MP calls. Hero looks down at ATss OTB and calls. (Mistake?) and V2 calls in the BB.

JT7ss

V2 donks out $20, V1 raises to $40. Folds to hero who calls. (Mistake #2?) V2 calls.

3 rainbow.

V2 checks, V1 bets out $70. Hero raises to $220 leaving $150 behind and V2 and V1 both has me covered.

No one is capable of folding TPTK or over pair in my local games and most would automatically put you on TPTK or OESD or flush draw if you jam so I decided to wait until the turn. I felt like showing strenght on the turn will put V2 in a very gross spot since he has V1 to act behind him.

Feedback is extremely appreciated since I am new to NL and I really want to know how winning players think about these lines.

Hand 1 - check the river, and probably fold if he bets. You beat nothing.

Hand 2 - If you're gonna make a big move, you should have done it on the flop. However, V1's min raise looks pretty strong so I wouldn't expect to get a fold even if you shoved right there. You hold the nut draw, so I'd expect V to be value betting a big hand here almost always. Therefore calling is probably best.

On the turn, it's pretty borderline. If you think the villain will pay off a bet on the end when the flush hits, go ahead and call. If you think he'll check fold a spade every time, then I'd probably just dump the hand on the turn.

Hand 1: Betting river once villain calls turn is really a pure bluff, and is a bad idea on the paired board. On this board villain is likely never folding KX so trying to bet villain off here is often totally futile. Betting the turn is marginal. Once villain calls flop and the turn card is not good for you, trying for a cheap show down is probably best. If you put a lot of flush draws or think villain will call flop bet light to see if you bet again, then turn is OK.

Hand 2: Preflop depends on stack sizes. If both villains cover you it's marginal but not really bad. The flop min raise is very villain dependent, but you never have the best hand at this point, your chasing a flush. If your going to make a move, do it on the flop but how good an idea it is varies widely. If your villain like to make min raises to see where top pair is on scary boards then the shove is OK. If it is more likely a set/straight trying to inflate the pot then you have no FE and the shove will be money losing long term.

Hand 1: Check turn, check river. Mid to small pocket pairs shouldn't be in his range on the river.

Hand 2: Pre is fine. On the flop it looks a lot more scary if you cold 3bet. I'd probably cold 3bet to $125 and check back blank turns if V1 calls.

Hand 1: b/f, c/f, c/decide

Hand 2: once V2 min raises just call it down. hand would be more interesting if V2 had just called flop (at which point i'd raise/gii every time)
