All you beat here is 22. I doubt this type of player is going to bluff raise here after you fired into him 3 times. I lean toward this type of player raising 22 on the turn because of the draws on the board. You said yourself that you have played with him a bit and never seen him bluff big. Thus as hard as it may seem it feels like a fold.
