V has H covered. By shoving, he's making H call $235 into a pot of $352 ($117 + $235)

You can't hit the 6 of diamond so you have 8 clean outs to the flush. That's about 18%. So you need AT LEAST 4:1, or a pot of $904, to call $235 there
