H: should have a very tight image overall. I cover V. Wild action game. V plays very out of line against me. Makes a lot of speculative polarizing plays but
Typically can be TAG against most players

I tend to overfold a lot and I know V knows this.

OTTH folds to me in cutoff I make it 15 SB calls V calls BB

(45) Flop 10d7h2c

Checks to me I bet 15 SB folds V makes it 50 we call

Any objections?

Turn (140) 2d he bets 90 seems like an easy call no idea what he is repping.

River (320) 9s he bets 300?

Are we just snapping here? Only logical hand is 77 or 107ss but it’s like such a narrow value range

Ive noticed 2 mistakes in your gameplan here. The first mistake is it seems like you tend to overfold a lot and villian knows this. The second mistake is you failed to post what your cards are.

KT in the title, but yeah, unorthodox HH posting.

I guess we just call this V all the way down with top pair and 2nd kicker? Unless the board got really scary?

C/r, then 2/3 pot, nearly full potting river gets me to fold against most Vs, but again, it appears this is just how this V bets against you. Hopefully you didn't get taken to value-town. T9 got there, unfortunately.

Pre is whatever - I'd prefer a stronger opening range than KTo with aggro V in bb.

Flop: c-bet is fine. V's raising range is sets, two pair, 98 and maybe A2s with bdfd, assuming he wouldn't 3b preflop.

Turn: V has either turned more equity or believes he can beat an overpair. I think this is a Baluga Theorem tight fold here. I think his worst hand here is Ad7d and he has 98s too along with his sets/boats.

Now it's possible H is going to level himself into a call bc of V's aggro image and prior history. V may be exploiting this. It's kind of a leveling war and I just prefer to be higher in my range when engaging in these kinds of mind games with aggro Vs.

I don't like the small bet on the flop unless your plan is to call him down -- then follow your plan.

It would also help to know his betting pattern against you. Has he bet this big on the river with a bluff before?

This is going to be very villain specific. This is a fold vs most.

When you say he gets out of line does that mean hes just playing loose or does he like to make big bluffs a lot?

A lot of wild players will play any 2 preflop but once they start piling money in they are a lot narrower.

I snap call if hes a guy that likes to make big bluffs frequently
