Full ring, new table, 3rd time around. Several solid players.

$20 straddle, 3 calls in front of me. In the small blind I pack up KK. Bet size?

In actual hand, I bet and picked up 4 callers with the straddle saying "you have to defend your straddle".

Flop come 10 J 4 r. Bet size?

More to come.......

You don't say how much you raised, but unless the raise was very small or stacks are very deep I would have to imagine snap ship flop. $120 to go pre.

Bet a decent sized bet.

(Im only keeping the accuracy of answers at the same level as the accuracy of the post)

Preflop effective stacks are $500
Straddle can be any amount at CTown

You still haven't provided all the information, but the preflop raise would have had to have been pretty small for the flop to be much of a decision.

Okay. You want us to respond with a proper bet size when you don't supply the pre-flop bet size?

Anyway, because you're posting this thread, I'm guessing that you didn't think it was an easy decision to ship. If it wasn't an easy decision to ship, I'm guessing that you didn't bet enough pre-flop. I highly doubt that "several solid players" call a $20 straddle and then call a raise of at least $100.

CTown is a great cardroom with tons of action. Good players with a wide range will definetly call a $100 raise over a straddle figuring it is a steal attempt. After the first call the odds start piling up and you get muliple callers...not always but often.

If you raised $100 on top of the straddle, SPR on the flop makes this an even bigger waste of time than making us try to guess what you actually raised.

Pre flop 100-125 to go.

If you made it this and have 4 callers. Its a super easy shove.

I dont get this? Just give us the action.

Preflop, raise to 100. If you did that and got 4 callers, there's 500 in the pot on the flop. With that board, just shove the remaining 400.

Thanks guys. Just wanted to confirm preflop bet sizing vs a $20 straddle, results don't matter.
