Hero TAG but must have a pretty active image. Just got lots of playable hands and I guess players that dont now me would think that im overly aggressive. Villain has played with me a couple of times. Usually I dont get too much out of line. 1,2k
Villain weak tight in mid 40s. The kind of guy that read a poker book and maybe a few articles and thinks he knows how to play because he knows some poker basics. Usually not comfortable facing aggression, scared postflop and isnt comfortable getting more money in the pot unless he has the nuts or close to it.

Villain raises in MP 20, only hero calls in the bb with Q9
Flop (45) KT6
hero checks, villain cbets 20, hero calls
Turn (85) KT68
hero checks, villain bets 30, hero raise to 110, villain calls
River (305) KT683
hero bets 250

Preflop should mostly a fold. If you want to take advantage of villain being weak tight it's OK sometimes since you know you will be heads up. Don't try it too often, villain opened from MP and for a weak/tight that means he has something and your hand is garbage. You are playing here to bluff villain, the chance of making a better hand is only a small factor.

The flop check/call and turn check/raise is a standard bluffing pattern. That you added a reasonably good draw and villain will rarely have better then one pair on this board helps your situation. So the raise is fine. Sizing is OK, it would be too small for a wetter board but this one is pretty dry.

River bet is obvious since you bricked and villain will mostly have one pair. Sizing here depends on villain but I might have gone for $200. You want as small as will usually get villain to fold.

I think it's reasonable.

Preflop is probably technically very borderline vs. 4x from MP but reads push it into a call. Same for the flop. A non nut gutter vs. this size is really marginal. Turn/river plays itself. We have reads suggesting villain might overfold, our hand has decent equity, this card improves some hands in our range to value, like 97s, T8s, K8s, and villain's sizing is a bit weak.

Donking turn is probably also a thing to think about.

V has range/nut advantage, c-bets and leads the turn too. We're repping pretty thin on the river and our turn raise has narrowed his range to AK minimum. It's hard to endorse this line unless the V is just terrible and will fold like a cheap suitcase.

I agree with Browni that our line is much more credible if we donk the turn rather than the brick river.

I dont have a donking strategy and thought a x/r looks pretty strong. I dont see too many bluffs I could have here and thought I go for it

Villain snap called with AK
