Thanks …what it’s like is to be on a 1.5 month break even stretch/downswing losing your mind being very card dead and trying to make money with what you’re given. It sucks! I wasn’t even sure I played this hand right I’ve been losing so much.

Should mix between c-bets and checks on the flop. It is such a dead flop that no pair is giving up and your stack is short. Turn is obvious bet when you make TPGK. River should be check to induce occasionally against a villain who bluffs too often. You played it fine but it's a common situation where hero should not take the same line every time.
Once you make TPGK on the turn with SPR of 1.5 your committed on such a dead board. Against a nitty opponent you might be concerned that opponent didn't fold turn but with less then a pot sized bet left it's too late to worry.
Coming from an ex plo player i can confirm to you that plo is a lot more insane than holdem. Been playing holdem only for the past 6 months and i laugh at the variance compared to the plo5 plo6 games i used to play. Like people who complain about running bad in holdem have no **** idea lolll
Otth , pretty std spot nh, i see you overfold a lot dumbo in holdem, is this because of your previous plo5 experience ?
I used to auto cbet and lost a lot of money. Now, I am always looking to reasons not to c-bet. In this hand, with two over-cards, you definitely do have a reason to c-bet. Nonetheless, I would agree you should check the flop some of the time because you don't have any straight or flush draws.
I would check the river. I see few hands that call your all-in that you beat. As Quadj wrote, a check can induce a bluff.
Don't bet flop especially against a limper. Fine other than that. Don't check like some others suggested. You will see plenty of A high floats and hands that can hero call your river shove that will monkey check back if you check.
