Sitting down early in a Pechanga 2-5 game, I'm dealt A

in the big blind. Villian is unknown, but did win a big pot w/98o on a 984 flop when two others flopped two pair also. Villain has $373, same as me.
Preflop: Villian limps in UTG, folded to SB who completes, and I raise to only $15 (you can flame this). Villain and SB call.

4. SB checks and I bet $40, Villain raises to $90, SB folds. Now what?
