An angle is taking an unfair advantage, this clearly applies here.

If V put in the green and said raise, the whole integrity of the hand is compromised if he doesn't speak up. If this was his intention when people limp or hero raises, V should be speaking up, but since he gets a similar result now since hero raised he decides to stay quiet about his raise and disguise his hand. Angle.
