100bbs eff
Sat down recently, no reads on v (mid 20s male, ~LP). Table is loose passive.

Pre: A couple of limps before v who raises to $10, a couple of calls, I reraise to $70 from BB, only v calls.

Flop (~$165) 61010r
I bet 100, v calls.

Turn ($365) 9r
I shove my remaining $130, v calls.

River: K

Is this a "if he's got it, he's got it" situation where I'm meant to go broke?

Pretty much. Villain raising to $10 after limps isn't AA/KK it's something trying to sweeten the pot. Preflop sizing might be questionable depending on exactly how many are in, but it's enough to make calling bad. With an SPR around 2 and a clean flop your getting it all in after that.

I don't like the sizing, but not sure we can do much about it. 230 behind on a 165 flop.

If you want to GII it's an awkward shove but a flop overbet shove is better than an lolsized shove without the nuts OTT. Or bet the flop smaller: smaller pot and deny better odds when shoving turn if called,

If you don't want to get it in, c/f now.

Assuming this is $2/3, your English is correct, and I'll round off the rake at $5. You bet $70 into a pot of $36, with $230 behind. The pot is now $166. You could've raised to $40-55 and accomplished the same thing. Say you raised to $50 instead and V calls. The pot is then $126, and you have $250 behind. I think your overbet on the flop created a pot too large to fold in comparison to your stack. But now, if I were you, I'd jam the flop. It's an awkward spot but you do not need an AK floating.

Line is fine, but bet sizing needs work.

50 is better pre.

On flop, you do want worse hands to call, don't you?

100 is too large. 75-80 is fine. Then shove turn.

I probably would have made it $50 preflop, but we still got action with the bigger raise, so nice.

On the flop, pot is $165 and we've got $230 left. We're committed, so we're never folding. I might consider a shove and hope Villain puts us on AK and calls with any pair now before the board possibly gets scarier. But playing it the way you played it is also fine.
