This is an easy situation. Its 1/3, someone's betting like crazy because they're excited at a good hand. When facing that re-raise that's larger than the whole pot, you should be expecting that the person has a huge hand or has just a good hand, like AJ and is betting to avoid the flush coming. Either way, don't call this and when facing huge raises on the turn, you need to plan why you're calling. You don't call there hoping someone starts checking.
By the way, someone saying they're giving action doesn't mean they are. Also, up money and ready to go people usually play tighter.
