There are plenty of spots were we don't consider all options of raise call or fold. I think folding is the worst option and I stand by my decision.

Lucky for OP he went with his in game read and he was right.
1) Not mentioned in OP, but I don't have a 2/3 bankroll large enough to feel comfortable flipping in a marginal EV spot, even if I were to feel it was slightly positive. I didn't mention this because I wanted opinions about the hand that didn't include my bias.

2) The fold in-game was pretty agonizing. Before the action was on me, I was super interested in what was happening and was looking forward to watching the hand unfold. Looking at AKs was obviously a quick wake-up call, and after considering all the options, I didn't feel like any of them was significantly better than the other, so I took the lowest variance route. I was probably closer to flat-calling than 4betting because V4 had a tendency to get crazy and I might have had a chance to more than triple-up in some cases.

My other thought was that players don't just quickly button-click TT to $30 after an old guy opens UTG, and if it turned out he did then I would have made some quick adjustments.

I still think it's okay to assume some button-clicking out of someone from V3's profile, but if you get into the head of someone who was raising and betting much larger previously, likely with more vulnerable hands, the almost min 3bet should set off alarm bells.

See I can see that but over all that 3 bet sizing is terrible but as it turns out he would of owned me. Given your bankroll situation it makes folding more of an option because you don't want to deal with the variance. This is just a fold I am not making very often I'd say 5% or less so I suppose technically I would consider folding but it wouldn't of gone through my mind for long.
