People playing AA passively do not exactly make good games...
If you are describing a handful of maniacs that are deep pocket, will raise any two cards, then another handful of calling stations who are also deep pocket and will call with any two cards, then you might have a good makeup of decent games.
$8 rake and $5 time charge is insane, purely insane.
