I play mainly NL 2-5 but in my home state of MN we can not deal NL cash so the card rooms deal spread limit games. It seems that pre flop the game plays very close to a 1-2 NL game but post flop the bets come out much larger then NL. Is this true or just in the games that I have sat in (3 so far). Example you may get an early caller then a mid position raise to $6 and get 3 total callers so about $20 in the pot. Then on the flop it seems that $30 is a standard bet, I see that as very large but is it a function of spread v's NL? Then things seem to slow down to again a $30 bet on the turn and the river runs a large range with little to no large bluffs. Is this normal and I need to adjust off NL thinking or is this game playing strange?
