So I've got a 10k roll and have been playing 1/3. Considering moving up to 5/5 here soon but the max buy though is $1500 and min buy is $500. Is it better to wait until I can buy in full?
And how much more do you think I'd need to feel comfortable?
You should be fine to take a shot buying in for $500 regularly and occasionally deeper at a juicy table where you have one or more deep stacked fish. Leave the table if you ever have >= 25% of your BR in play, and move back down to 1/3 if your roll falls below $6k.
