"V1: Foreign, not sure from where but speaks English despite it not sounding like his native language. Hasn't played many hands at all but seems kind fishy. Plays 5 hands then leaves for 20 minutes at a time. 6k"
I would not try to bluff this guy. Never bluff a man that's bored or busy specially when he put half his stack in.
Ooooo, sick point, didn't think of it that way connecting him always leaving to being bored / busy. Also it's probably safe to assume that becuase he's leaving so much and playing not many hands that when he does hit a piece he is going to value it more which makes my potential bluff worse.
I ended up folding after thinking for about 30 seconds. I basically tried to decide whether he would give me credit for a flush here which is basically all I have when I raise this river. I would just call a lot of my combo draws on the flop probably in position which I'm sure he doesn't know. I'm also calling him down here most of the time with like AJ+ and not turning these into bluffs hardly ever, which he also doesn't know. I also have almost no hands in my range that get to this river this way and want to bluff other than straight draws that picked up spades on the turn, that's literally it (which he doesn't know). Overall all the pieces were perfect for a bluff imo, if I had any history with him at all or he had watched me play for more than a little while, I 100% would have tried this but without more info on him or knowing that he knows anything about me, this bluff becomes pretty marginal which is why I opted against it.
Wouldnt bluff guy described villain otr(i.e. Plays 5 hands and leaves for 20 mins, not deep enough otr to get a fold from unknown/potential fish enough imo, etc)......i may take alternative line and shove over his turn bet if i think it gives me most fold equity and think he can laydown AJ, KJ, (obv he never folding 2p or sets if were wrong tho but we have still have some equity vs the top of his range there). As played think its a fold then i'd have a cigarette.

2k deeper and i think river is shovable... As played i think this works only against good regs which you have shown the snuggliest of images. I mean its 1/3rd pot.
Also disagree with turnraise if you were in LP (From MP FR it could work against some regs) just too many draws you can have and he is never folding a made hand for that reason and prolly not alot of draws that were good enough to c/r flop either.
