At this point im almost positive my hands good and consider a value bet of around $200, but after ****ing up the flop by not shoving I decide its best to get the absolute minimum and **** it up even more by checking river.

This may be one of the best hands to discuss that I have seen in a while.
As a 1/2, 1/3 player if I'm deep like you are and see how the flop is playing out I have to decide on whether I'm willing to "risk" my stack or not.
Obviously you have to know you are ahead on the flop but is it worth it to possibly lose the big stuck to a suckout???
The answer is YES but not all 1/2 players think that way when they are way up in their session
