Hi All,

Getting back into poker after over a decade off, so I apologize if I'm behind the curve a bit...

10 handed
Hero -- (500 effective) MP UTG +2 (red QQ)
- 30's WG, probably perceived as a bit laggy and opening a bit wider than usual
Villain 1 -- 125 MAWG, 1st hand at the table, no history
Villain 2 -- 20's white guy, seems a bit stationy and I am getting a bit of a tilty feel from him

call, hero raises to 15, v1 and v2 call behind, limper calls as well, 4 to the flop (61)

1084

vx, h20, v1 and v2 call behind, other villain folds, 3 to the turn (121)

6

h40, v1 folds, v2 calls (201)

5

hx, v2 ai for 65

- What is your opinion on flop play? Check? 1/2 pot?

- Size up ott? If so, how much? I was concerned of the 400 stack behind me slow playing a flopped flush, otherwise it's gotta be a shove 100% of the time against the short stack on the turn right?

- That river card is absolute garbage for me but I am getting 4.5/1, who calls? folds?

Thanks!

Flop bet isn't big enough. With $60 in the pot a $20 bet is giving somebody the straight 4:1 odds they need to chase a flush. On a board that also allows multiple straight draws that isn't enough.

Betting the flop at all is debatable. You can either bet $40 or check the flop. Multiway it can be better to keep the pot small and bet on a safe turn card when you have more equity.

On the turn I think something got confused. If your descriptions and action is correct then both remaining villains have around half the pot left. If that is the case either check or bet enough to put them all in. Against two opponents which is better is likely a toss up. If V1 is still deep and V2 is the shorter stack then $100. In this situation V2 actually protects you bit because it makes it too risky for V1 to try and bluff you out of the hand. This isn't a fat value bet but it's still more likely they are drawing to beat you then ahead.

When you get to the river it's a live read. You are probably beat but getting better then 4:1 against a villain who seems a little tilty I'm likely to pay him off.
