$1/$3 live pot limit holdem/PLO..

There is a poker room close to my house that every weekend has a $1/$3 cash game of Pot limit Holdem and PLO..each round it will change,
I played it for the first time last weekend just to see how it is and from what i can tell it is really soft. its a bunch of older people who play for fun, like to chase draws and have pockets full of cash and tend to be pay off wizards (im for sure the youngest person playing the cash game and im 24) . I've played PLO online quite a bit and i've played a little PLHE. In PLHE what should my range be and how often should i be raising vs just flat calling preflop cause even when i raise i still get 3-4 callers.

This is probably the wrong forum (uSNLHE or live low limit NLHE seems better), but in general, a pot limit strategy in a weak game is going to be similar to a no limit strategy. Just be aware of stack sizes so you can structure your bets to get the chips in when you hit big.
