Hero has $400 behind in MP. Has good image, but has shown the propensity to bluff catch light against spewy drunk at table. Example: called $30 into a $150 pot against drunk on trips board and won with better ace high. Table dynamics are loose, but people tend to play fit or fold. Haven't seen too much wild action, aside from the drunk player in the three seat.

V1 is MAWG with good image (from my POV). Plays snug, has $700. V1 is BB.
V2 is also a MAWG, showing bad LAG tendencies. $200 effective. V2 is UTG.

OTTH

Two limps to Hero, hero looks down and sees KQcc. Raise to $20. Four callers.

Flop: QT3r.

V1 checks, V2 opens $50, folds to me, I iso raise to $150, V1 check jams his remaining stack. V2 calls off.

Hero: ???

$250~ to call or fold to win a pot of $850-900.
----------------------------

My initial read is that I'm probably ahead V2. He likely can't have a set of Queens. He can have KJ, TT, 33 here. I've seen him 3! with AK/AQ so I can disqualify that from his range. I also block AQ, anyways. V1 is the trickier issue. I've never seen this guy bluff, and the check/jam line is super strong into an iso. I'm fairly sure its never a bluff and I'm almost always crushed in this scenario from V1. As with V2, I block other TPs, so he could've set mined with TT or 33.

What ranges do you guys assign the villains and what do you do?

I leaned towards snap folding because this live line is incredibly strong from V1. Its a dry board and I block draws.

Barring (more) extreme circumstances, I am never continuing vs this action w/ 1 pair. I give both of them all TT, 33 and QTs probably some QTo. The only draw is KJ which you block.

i dislike the flop raise, and fold as played. even if you probably have V2 beat you have 3 other players to worry about so further bloating the pot with one pair is a bad idea. you can see why because now you're thinking of putting in your whole stack multiway with a hand that doesnt warrant that big of a pot.

raising pre is good obv, but imo what you're looking for is

1) a medium pot with TPGK
2) a large pot with a huge hand or strong draw.

Flop raise I think is over playing your hand.

Fold to this action always. What can a snug, decent player possibly do this with that you beat? Once in a blue moon he has KJs with backdoor flush but mainly he has exactly QTs/TT/33. Note that your range is uncapped, you are repping AQ/KK/AA and maybe you don't play them like this but you could have QQ/TT, and he has to know all that and jams anyway. I'm not even going to range V1 at this point, it's irrelevant.

Also I would rather call the flop. We have TPGK and need to consider the possibility of getting away from this hand because it's 3 ways. Board is pretty dry so we don't need to panic about giving away free cards. If V2 raises over the flat we can fold.

Eh it really comes down to your read on V1…. If you think he’s snug, and this is never a draw, then fold.

I think you’ll be surprised by how often some players get out of line. V2 is donating…. If there was a club in the rainbow flop, then I’d consider hoping to be surprised and call

I don’t think we can raise this donk multi-way

When V1 shoves I’m done with the hand.

We probably have V2 beat but not V1

V2 likely has QJ or KJ a fair % of the time

V1 can have 1010 Q10 and 33 a lot even AQ

Hero donkey calls off. V1 flips over 33s. V2 has KJo. “Help me dealer!”

Turn - T

River - T

Brutal beat for 33s.

Dealer excerpt - “You can’t breathe, huh?”

I think in retrospect calling V2 lead is fine and folding to V1 raising. Still getting used to MW hands.

We can call V2 and as GG would say be committed for his stack while gaining info from other players for a cheaper price. If you insist on raising make it minimum.

I just overlimp in MP but that's me.

It's unclear how many we have behind us, but I think a flop raise is overplaying our hand. Against a lot of opponents who are donking into the world, we could possibly even consider a very nitty fold. But against this guy I just call and evaluate what happens next.

As played, seems like a trivial fold to all this action. We look strong as hell and yet the snug guy who never bluffs doesn't care.

I mean, I can only guess this hand was posted because we made the obvious fold and somehow V1 shows up with worse. But bottom line for me is that he just isn't going to show up with worse hardly ever, and if he does this time, it's just that rare unicorn time and I wouldn't worry about it. ETA: Or it's a lol run out hand...
